No-Show and Attendance PolicyGroup Self-Esteem Services: o Consistent attendance is essential for the group experience. o No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a session will not be refunded or credited. o Participants who miss two or more sessions may be asked to withdraw from the program without a refund. Individual Therapy Packages: o Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee. o Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in discontinuation of services. • General Policy: o Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. o Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, but payment plans will remain in effect.
